How to register for our Priority Services
Registering for our free Priority Services is easy. You can join our register by:
- Call us on 0800 294 3259 and register over the phone.
- Clicking here and fill out our easy online form.
- Or download the information booklet below, fill out the application form and send it to us by post using our Freepost address.
If you use a textphone, you can register by calling 0800 316 5457.
If your circumstances change in the future and you no longer wish to benefit from our free priority services, please contact the team on the telephone number above or via email to Networks.Priority.Services@sse.com, and we will remove you from the register.
Who is eligible?
You may want to be on our register if you:
• Are deaf or hard of hearing
• Have a disability
• Live with children under five
• Are blind or partially sighted
• Have a chronic illness
• Use medical equipment/aids reliant on electricity
• Are over 60
• Temporarily need extra support
