Why would I need to de-energise and re-energise my electricity supply?
If you or a third party need to complete work that requires the power to be off, we can temporarily turn your power off (de-energise) so you can do this work safely.
We can only turn your power off for a maximum of 72 consecutive hours.
There may be a charge for this.
