We need this to understand why you need your power temporarily turned off (de-energised).

This helps us plan the best way to help you.

We need this so we know when we need to come back to turn your power back on (re-energise).

NOTE: We cannot permanently turn your power off (de-energise) and cannot leave your power off for longer than 72 hours.

We need this so we can send the correct specialist engineer for the job.

NOTE - We will always try to book your appointment as close to the date you need.
