Electricity refurbishment work set to start in the Point area of Lewis
The electricity network between Aignish and Portnaguran will be undergoing a major refurbishment over the next week, with teams from SSEN Distribution replacing wooden poles, upgrading overhead lines and installing new switching gear between 30 August and 6 September.
