Cowley GSP - Strategic Development Plan - Draft for Consultation

This paper is the draft Strategic Development Plan for Cowley GSP across Oxfordshire and High Wycombe. It is critical that we work with stakeholders to develop our future plans so that we are able to make the right investments in our network at the right time to enable local ambition. We would value your thoughts and input to inform the final methodology and engagement plan.
